~ Define project requirements, objectives, and scope.

~ Construct the building envelope (external walls, roofing, and insulation).
~ Install mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems like HVAC, electrical wiring, water supply, and sewage systems.

~ Carry out plastering, painting, tiling, and other interior finishes.

~ Install fences, gates, and other boundary elements as required.
